MAN ON! INVERCLYDE

OVERVIEW ----------

Man On! Inverclyde is a Scottish mental health organisation offering peer-led support, creating safe spaces for Inverclyde residents to discuss mental health. Their focus on connection and community has made them a trusted local resource, especially in schools and workplaces. Our collaboration aimed to boost community engagement whilst generating a sustainable source of revenue for the organisation, hence strengthening their local impact.

PROJECT GOALS ---

The organisation were looking to launch and promote their new workplace workshop on suicide prevention and mental health awareness by creating a compelling video to showcase how they can support employee well-being. The video was designed to attract other businesses interested in enhancing mental health resources for their teams, with success measured by interest generated and uptake of the workshop.

OUR STRATEGY ----

Goen Studios crafted a story-driven video featuring interviews with both participants and trainers to highlight the workshop’s impact. By carefully planning interview questions during pre-production, we ensured meaningful responses that authentically showcased the workshop’s benefits. The video was designed with a visual tone that creates an immersive experience to engage viewers emotionally and align with the mission of promoting employee well-being. Additionally, we recorded the entire session so it could be repurposed by Man On Inverclyde as a virtual workshop for future use and as a further training resource internally.

CLIENT RESULTS ---

The promotional video is expected to drive new business partnerships by showcasing the workshop's impact on employee well-being. Early signs suggest it will help increase interest from businesses looking to implement similar programs, with the potential to expand their reach and secure long-term collaborations. The video will also be used across multiple platforms to further engage and attract new clients.
