To help him achieve this, Goen Studios developed a strategy focused on creating a series of personalised video touchpoints, designed to engage clients at key moments, from the first website visit to the final photo delivery.

The aim was to create a video series that would engage clients at every stage of their journey. This included videos for initial website visits, thank you messages after booking, and heartfelt videos sent alongside the final photo delivery.

Goen Studios developed the touchpoint series as a strategic approach to enhance the overall client experience. By crafting personalised videos for key moments in the client journey, we ensured each touchpoint felt special and authentic. We also worked in the studio to capture additional images that aligned with Alan’s brand aesthetic.
