Citation is an exclusive luxury venue in the heart of Glasgow's Merchant City. Renowned for its neoclassical charm and modern amenities, it offers adaptable spaces ideal for weddings, corporate events, and private functions, all in an elegant setting that blends classic architecture with contemporary touches. To elevate Citation’s online presence and drive bookings, Goen Studios produced tailored video and photo content that captures the venue’s distinct ambiance for each audience segment.

The main goal was to create a captivating visual experience that would highlight Citation’s versatility, appealing to prospective clients for both weddings and corporate events. The media assets were strategically designed to drive website engagement, communicate Citation’s charm and quality, and encourage bookings for each segment of their business.

This project involved separate yet concurrent production pipelines for the two facets of Citation's business: weddings and corporate/private hire.
Pre-production included tailored scripting and shot lists for each target market to ensure that both sides of the business were effectively represented.
During production, we worked closely with Citation's team to coordinate multiple setups, aligning shoot schedules for fresh culinary shots and talking-head interviews with key staff. We highlighted the venue's elegance for weddings and professionalism for corporate events. Each video and photo asset was then fine-tuned in post-production, ensuring Citation's brand and market needs were at the forefront.
