PACIFIC CARE
OVERVIEW
Pacific Care is a care provider committed to creating safe, welcoming environments for elderly residents. They partnered with Goen Studios to produce a professional walkthrough video for one of their care homes, Stanely Park. The video now lives on their website and acts as a key marketing asset, helping potential residents and their families understand the space before making an enquiry.
PROJECT GOALS
The primary goal of the project was to increase enquiries by clearly showcasing Stanely Park and what it offers. A secondary, but equally important, aim was to provide reassurance to families and residents by giving an honest and transparent overview of the care home, its facilities, and the atmosphere residents can expect. The video needed to feel calm, trustworthy, and welcoming, while highlighting the quality of the environment and the people within it.
OUR STRATEGY
We worked closely with the Pacific Care team to understand what mattered most to prospective residents and their families. From there, we planned a structured walkthrough-style video that guided viewers naturally through the care home, highlighting key spaces, amenities, and communal areas.
Alongside the facilities, we intentionally captured genuine staff interactions to bring warmth and personality into the film. This helped balance the practical overview of the building with a human touch, giving viewers a clearer sense of day-to-day life at Stanely Park.
The final video was kept concise, ensuring it functioned as an accessible, high-level overview that visitors could easily watch as part of their decision-making process.
In just one day of filming, we produced 18 unique ads, each designed and formatted for use across multiple social media platforms. This approach maximised efficiency while ensuring a diverse set of deliverables optimised for reach and engagement.
CLIENT RESULTS
The walkthrough video has become a core part of Stanely Park’s online presence and has played a role in helping convert prospective residents who were previously undecided. By allowing families to see the care home in advance, the video has helped build confidence and trust before any in-person visits take place.
Pacific Care were delighted with both the final film and the overall experience of working together, leaving a five-star review and expressing their interest in collaborating again in the future. This project stands as a strong example of how thoughtful video content can support high-trust decisions in sensitive sectors like care.
This project further strengthened our ongoing partnership with Round Thirteen, and we continue to collaborate on new creative campaigns to support their continued growth and success in the lead generation space.
